How is Samyati different from booking apps or online booking platforms?+
OTAs show you 200 options and let you figure it out. We give you 2–3 curated picks with our honest recommendation. OTAs inflate base prices and apply fake discounts. We work on direct net rates. OTAs have bots and IVR. We have a real person on WhatsApp, available 24×7.
Do you only handle hotels, or flights too?+
Hotels only. We made a deliberate choice to do one thing exceptionally well. You book your flights the way you prefer — we secure where you stay. This focus is what makes us genuinely good at it.
Is Samyati.in a registered company?+
Yes. We operate as Inspirito Ventures Pvt Ltd, incorporated and GST-registered in Maharashtra (GSTN: 27AATCS7542M2ZE, PAN: AATCS7542M). You transact with a legitimate, accountable company — not a freelancer or aggregator.
Bookings & Process
How do I make a booking?+
WhatsApp us at +919322433918 with your destination, travel dates, number of rooms, and budget. We reply within the hour with 2–3 curated options. You confirm one — we book it and send your voucher. That's it.
How fast do you confirm a booking?+
We typically respond within 1 hour and confirm bookings within 2–4 hours of your final approval, depending on the hotel's response. For last-minute or same-day bookings, we expedite and usually confirm within the hour.
Do you need an account or login to book?+
No. You just message us on WhatsApp. No signup, no app, no login, no forms. We keep it simple because that's how India does business.
What information do you need to make a booking?+
Destination (city or hotel name), check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms and guests, approximate budget, and the primary guest's name and phone. For corporate bookings, your company name and GST number for the invoice.
Can you book hotels in cities that aren't on your website?+
Our database covers 1,905 verified hotels across 9 curated categories spanning all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India, plus key international destinations. If you have a specific property in mind that isn't listed, WhatsApp us — if it's branded and operational, we can almost certainly book it.
Pricing & Payments
Do you charge a service fee?+
No service fee is charged to you. We earn a commission directly from hotels — the same way a travel agent does. You pay the hotel rate, which is often at or below what you'd find on OTAs because we work on direct net rates from hotel contracts.
Are your rates better than OTAs?+
Often yes — especially for weekday business travel, group bookings, and direct corporate accounts. OTAs inflate base rates and apply artificial discounts. We quote the actual net rate. For leisure travel during peak season, rates may be comparable — but you get personal service on top.
How do I pay for a booking?+
Payment is made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to Inspirito Ventures Pvt Ltd before confirmation. Our HDFC Bank details are on the Bank Details page. For established corporate accounts, we may offer credit terms after the first few bookings.
Do you provide GST-compliant invoices?+
Yes. Every booking is invoiced under Inspirito Ventures Pvt Ltd with our GSTN (27AATCS7542M2ZE). You receive a single consolidated invoice regardless of how many hotels are booked — clean, ITC-ready, with zero need to chase individual hotels for paperwork.
Cancellations & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellation terms depend on the rate type you booked. Free Cancellation bookings can be cancelled before the hotel's deadline (usually 24–72 hours before check-in) with a full refund. Can I change my booking dates after confirmation?+
Yes, in most cases. WhatsApp us and we'll approach the hotel directly. Date changes are subject to availability and may involve a rate difference if the new dates are higher-priced. We negotiate on your behalf and inform you of any changes before proceeding.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?+
Message us on WhatsApp. We escalate directly to the hotel's duty manager or property head — not to a call centre. Your problem becomes our responsibility. This is one of the most important things we offer that no OTA can match.

Can you handle our entire company's hotel travel?+
Yes — this is one of our strongest use cases. We set up a preferred hotel list for your most-visited cities, manage bookings for all employees through one WhatsApp contact, ensure policy compliance, and deliver a monthly MIS report for your finance team. Reach out to discuss a corporate account.
Do you handle MICE and group bookings?+
Yes. Dealer conferences, corporate retreats, annual functions, group travel for 20–500 people — we handle room blocks, venue selection, F&B coordination, and post-event consolidated billing. Domestically and internationally.
Do you handle international hotel bookings?+
Yes. Dubai, Singapore, Bangkok, Bali, Maldives, Europe, and more. Same personal WhatsApp service, same transparency. International bookings are quoted in INR equivalent. We advise on loyalty programmes and ensure your membership points are attached.
